Hi Sean i hope you feel good.. I have restart doiing some meditation and it feel great. I'm trying to use one advice that the Dalai Lama ( one of the most powerfull reiki master witout doiing Reiki, i think he is the reiki lol are some higher evolve kind of representation of it :)
He said : when we meditate, it is good to look at the point of our nose and not something away from us. By fixing the tip of our nose and too have our eye almost shut we can achieve a really deep meditation. I have try it and it really good :)

Also did you know the Hui Yin technique ? ( that part of the reiki but i don't know wich level it is) If you know it i would suggest that you try that.. May seem hard at first but after a couple of week of doiing it each day... you see the good side of it... I have done that for some month now and it feel great :)

Well see you next time

Hello Sean,
I would like to use one of your photos of a horse to do a water
color painting from. My neice is crazy about horses was going to paint her one. I could post it on my site when done so you could
have a copy. That's only fair.
Cheers, Matt

hey Sean,

I know it took me much to long to get back to you and to thank you for your comment :)
I live in a small town between Frankfurt and Cologne, in the middle of Germany :)
I saw that you are from Lisdoonvarna - we had a - unfortunately only a short stop there. We visited the Burren Smokehouse there, I remember quite well how wonderful the salmon tasted...
Hugs
Rike
