I had been living there almost four years. Before I moved in I was lucky to stay in one place fours months. I spent three years bouncing from place to place and when I saw the sunflowers in front of the building I knew I would live there.<br />

The apartment was nice and over the years it became beautiful. The landlord put in hardwood floors after a couple years. The western sun shone in through the big windows, igniting the yellow walls.<br />
<br />
The house on the corner is a de facto Artist Residence as the art school is the closest university. For the longest time, the stop sign had an extra O. And on warm summer nights, we would hang out on the corner having beers and a few laughs.
