These guys are between 16 and 21 years old. Corps like these hold auditions every year. The best are selected and put together with their music. Study at home, practice together. And in the summer holiday they go on tour together, travelling through America for the World Championships. Practicing up to 12 hours a day. And this clip is only a warming up excercise, to flex the muscles. Guess what they do when it gets serious...
