Hi Siusan & Zig, Greetings from Dublin! Happy to be your friend. I'm enjoying your beautiful music as I relax with my morning coffee, track 2 is my favourite! Take care and I hope you get to visit Ireland as often as possible. Musicians are always very welcome. Cheers, Ann
Hey, one last comment, I clicked on "The White Crow" and listened to some of the music there (from Midwest Irish Radio?). Anyway, WHAT A GREAT PLACE and web site. Now I'm hearing music on this web site typing to you where I didn't before. You and Zig must be living the dream!!!! Many happy days to ya!
First thanks for your inspirational help! Gee, you got to hear Bill! Sounds like The White Crow is where it is happening. Maybe a road trip is in my future!
I live here in the Quad Cities area (Moline, Ill; Daveport, IA). LiveIreland has me down as Sterling, Ill. (where I grew up) but I live in Silvis, Illinois. While I am typing this I am admiring your beautiful pictures clicking by. Thanks for putting those on the web. I need to get some of my pictures on LiveIreland. And most of all, thanks for taking the time to say "Hi"! It gets pretty dreary here at work at the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station near Cordova, Illinois.
I did google it to death and discovered that it is a song called "A Place in the Choir" by Bill Staines. You can go to Amazon and hear 30 seconds on it on Bill's "The Happy Wanderer" Album. I've never heard of this guy, what a discovery.
Thanks for welcoming me to Live Ireland and letting me know about Midwest Irish. Could you possibly answer a question for me? I heard the coolest song on Live Ireland and I'm trying to find out more about it. There doesn't seem to be a way to see Artist/Title while the music is playing. Anyway, the song sounded exactly like square dance music with someone singing about "birds on a telephone wire" and "ducks" and possibly "geese". A phenominal song that has left me wanting to know what it is. Can you help?

Wow, computers are amazing...From Dewitt Mi. to Live Ireland Radio to Saginaw, Michigan. Dewitt is about 1 hour from you. Glad to meet you. Due to kidney stone problems my virtual journey is temporary stalled in Tralee, Irleand. If I can get out and walk today is will be 1000/days of consecutive walking (7011 miles) Hope to make it to Saginaw in the near future. James (aka Forrrest) www.walkforrestwalk.com
