"Nollaig Shona Duit", "Happy Christmas" to you and your family and a very Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year. I will be leaving for Ireland on January 8 and returning on the 15th. I will be sure to post all pictures and of course throw back a few pints for you. Talk to you soon!!!!!
Gruess dich, Dietmar! Das sind aber nette fotos von Inis Oirr. Ich bin auch da vor ein paar Jahre gewesen -- habe Bodhran studiert. Bitte um Verzeihung wenn es an Grammatik fehlt. Good to meet you! Keep in touch.
Hi Dietmar, i was viewing your picture and i heard the sunny dream song.
I have heard of a remake of that song from one of my favorite irish singer Hayley Westenra. in fact she's from Autralia but live in Ireland now, she got back to her root !
She sing Sonny, touching story of a mother who sing that song to her boy child.
she have a lovely voice.
I did not know this song was already existing in another format.
thank for putting it on your page :)

Hello Dietmar. In regard to your question, a 81c filter is a Kodak filter that gives a warming tone to a color image. It had a combination of red and yellow. It was used mostly in transparency film and came in grades of 81, 81A,81B and 81C.
Hi Dietmar, sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I've been having trouble getting my webcam to work; and if that isn't enough, the mike in my headset has stopped working. I have a couple of questions if you don't mind. When you posted your song, was it a video orjust audio? also, what equipment do you use? I'm really stymied. :-( Colleen
Love your photos too, we have the same light house in both our photos I think..near Ballyvaughan? Your photos were making me home sick for the west of Ireland :-). Yep I love Ballyvaughan too and the clam chowder in Monks (with a nice pint of Guinness to wash it down :-)
I am quite jealous of your trip to Ireland. I am sure you will have a wonderful time! Are you going to the School of English in Killarney? If so, I am going to be extra jealous, because Killarney is where I want to go......
I´m so sorry that you never go no more on tour. Having a Guiness in Dublin or Belfast next year sounds good. Maybe we´ll meet us at the puck fair next year.
Tell me what´s your main profession ?
I love your pics. Keep on making some more.
Thanks for the comment. My grandmother is awesome and a very strong woman. I can't wait to get back to Ireland! The airlines in the US keep raising the airfare, but I am still hopeful for a trip in October.
