I'm doing fine anyway, just a tiiiiny little bit stressed. I was in my hometown for 2 weeks in August, then I ran back to Rome because of my parents, haha :D
So you spent your holidays @ Lago di Garda? it must be awesome. I saw many Dutch tourists in Rome this year as well :)
So, how are you doing besides holidays etc.?

At 8:15 on February 24, 2009, Herman van Rossum said…: Hoi Martin. Ik ben net terug van 2 weken Mekong delta,eigenlijk mijn favoriet gebied in Viet Nam. Ik heb in Can Tho en Ca Mau vrienden bezocht. Met een speedboot van Can Tho naar Thoi Binh (bij Ca Mau) is elke keer weer een belevenis, 3.5 uur over een van de vele zijarmen van de Mekong river. In het dorp zelf word ik nog steeds aangestaard alsof ik een an alien ben. Als je google earth hebt ken je het opzoeken, dan weet je tenminste waar ik het over heb. Ik woon in Nha Trang samen met mijn Vietnamese vriendin en Nha Trang is voor mij de leukste stad in Viet Nam. Bij mijn weten zijn er zelfs 2 dorpen met de naam Rossum. een in Twente en een in Gelderland, niet zover van Zaltbommel. Op papier woon ik in het dorp Megen, gem. Oss. N.Br.
Is ook een leuk dorp aan de Maas en ik kom er nog onregelmatig. Ik denk dat ik er volgend jaar weer een paar weken heen ga. Logeer dan bij vrienden want ik heb al sinds 15 jaar geen huis meer. Ik ben altijd blij als ik er weer ben maar ben ook weer blij als ik weer weg ben.
Ben je ook gek van Ierse muziek en van Ierland? Ik heb nog leuke herinneringen aan die paar keer dat ik er geweest ben, misschien ga ik er nog een keer terug. al is het alleen voor de Guiness.

I sure have missed you! Those cars are built tough lol. That is what the Ford truck commercials say over here anyway. LOL I have a Toyota and it is old but I hear that they last a long time if you take care of them. It has 165,000 miles on it. There is still allot of clean up to be done from Ike but I weathered the storm very well. I am slowly replacing my foo d in the freezer and refrigerator. I will not stock it as full come next hurricane season. (just in case) Well maybe if you get on one knee and beg then maybe you can get the pictures oh and maybe if you hold a rose between your teeth, that might help :-)

I like that kind of sound very much--it is spirited and yet very subtle. Hope all is well. I went to Europe and came home ot a lot of school and hosuework and my ful time job, and have been swimming at lunch trying to get in shape and also to ease my stres level--swimming helps soothe my headaches and damage done ot my back in a car accident a few years back.
