great site. Hidden pubs - a great page. Please add Mulligan's - they used to have the best Guinness in town. Another one to be added to the hidden gems list is The Blue Light. Absolutely stunning view in the evening! I would personally vote for Ryan's in Sandymount (maybe because I lived next door?)
Thank you Brian... I'm trying to expand my horizons and I've always loved some of the music of Ireland... a little familiar with some Scottish music as well..... Have had many friends in college many years ago whose families are from Ireland.... Beautiful country and would like to visit sometime in near future 2-3 years -- the Emerald Isle. Thought I'd get an early start.... From the States and grew up in Georgia and went to school in New England in Boston area.... Glad to be a part of the LiveIreland community...
Thank you, Brian. I would stay and chat a bit but I am trying to get a deskfull of work done before 3:30 PM local time so I can get in an hour of cycling before the sun starts setting around 4:30. It's almost 3 now. Best regards.
thanks for the invite. this little Indian has been busy. i am hoping to make friend in Ireland and hopeing to travel iwth my sister and daughter in the next 2 to5 years. I am a aritst. I want to see the sights so thought the best way to see it would be to meet people first.
Welcome to Live Ireland Bill!! Our Nashville Celtic group, Def Leprechaun is looking to set up a playing tour in Ireland for late spring. Are you aware of any booking agents that might assist us with this for mutual benefit?? You can see what we do at defleprechaunband.com and myspace.com/thedefleprechaunband.
