Hi Karen. Well, Well, Beauty and Courage. What an unbeatable combination that is. I have tremendous respect for Medics and nurses. I served from '51 to '72., Korea to Vietnam. Was enlisted for 7years and was a Staff sergeant ( Recon squad leader) and then went to OCS and was commissioned as a 2nd Lt. ( rifle platoon leader ). In 1960 I converted to Cmbt Engr. and ended up in that job. An interesting life, but I'm glad it's a past life.The military can be a great life, but it sure isn't the easiest job in the world.

Ah Karen, that's one lucky Marine with you. Were you also USMC ?

Right now im stationed on a navy base in ca, and
not a ciz yet i still have three years left.
did he think that the secound have of this last season was any good me i was some what disapointed

So, as I told you in the chatroom one day, the main reasons that I am listening to LI are, (to hear traditional irish music of course!!) , to get in touch with people from all over the world who I have something in common with them (the irish music), and as a result of those communication, to improve my english knowledge....

Hi Karen...How is the New Year going for you? Its really cold here. Wish it was spring already. We had a little snow again. Seems like it snows every other day. The cold weather is sure taking alot of expensive fuel these days. Take Care, Irish Blessings!
