We're helping fundraise for Nicole Cahill, we're local people and know her family well. At the moment we're trying to distribute as many of the CDs dedicated to her as possible. We're trying to get her story out there and heard.
Thanks for the compliment on my work and music. And thanks, also, for the tips on the books..it is always good to get recommendations from people who hold similiar interests in books. I have two books going right now! Have a lovely Thanksgiving.
Thank you, Sceállóg! Isn't Ireland absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed going through your photos. I see you are an Edward Rutherfurd fan...so am I. I have read all of his books except one and that will read this winter; "The Forest". I see that you like celtic music, also...I use to perform in a Celtic band..they are still performing and you can find them at www.myspace.com/selkiecelticband. I am singing the "The Trees They Do Grow High" on one of the tracks.
Hi! How are you? Missed you in the chat.
I have added some pictures of the north of my country. The albums are Norte Argentino and Cataratas del Iguazu.
They are not as beautiful as the ones you took during your trip but at least you could a bit of Argentina.
Glad to chat with you again--sorry, but something about the chatroom page makes my computer crazy and locks it up.
Getting ready for the Dublin Irish Festival this weekend--lots to do, practice my stories, touch up the coffin, that sort of thing. Take care and I'll try to re-connect after the weekend!
I have just seen the picture with your sweet grandaughter.... awwww, so, so sweet.
How are you? How was the trip? I'm sorry I missed your visit to LI studio but those days were really hard at work, lots of troubles, still are a bit, so I couldn't join the LI chat. Again, how was the trip? What did you like more?
Please, send me an email telling me about it. i'm dying to know.
Thanks for the welcome. I still have family in Soddy Daisy/Hixson area. I ran across this site in hopes of being able to hear a bit of music from Ireland and possibly connecting with folks from there. It's a great opportunity to hear some of the music I love
