Hey Gregory,
Yup, heard that story a million times. You can visit her grave. It's draw here for tourists. Just one of the things here in Carbonear. It has a rich historic background like all Newfoundland. You should visit sometime it's God country. Of course, being born & breed here, I'm a little biased. LOL But it is a great place with great people & the best parties. :-)
Take care & God bless,
Char

Great to hear from you! I know what oyu mean about less correspondence when the weather breaks. I feel like I have spent more time on this site making connections than I have been able to do with people I am very close to and who live mnear me! No time, so this is a realy nice way to converse and learn about folks. Anyway, I was wondering about your work--how long does it take you to craft say a belt? I am sure it very intricate in scope yes?
Gregory--Thank you so much for the recipe. I am grateful--so many people kept telling me I did not know what I was talking about and your recipe version truly proved my point and yum--my pallet thanks you...now to get th eingredients and have some fun baking this weekend with my girls!

Hi Gregory, I went to the site. Seems it still has some bugs since the thumbnails don't seem to go anywhere and I tried two programs. I saw the knotwork in your photos above, and it's beautiful. I need to get some pics of mine. I actually tie the knots in satin cording.
Thanks for keeping me posted!
