Tacoma is abit more than an hour north of Chehalis, about 40 miles south of Seattle. Shearing sounds like fun. My wife and I are long time 4-H leaders, but in the Dog Project. I am involved at the state level and know many kids who raise sheep.

I did see that you have the radio show and intend to bring up the stream when I get the chance. I have been to Ireland twice. Last time was June of 2008 when I spent 18 days, starting in Dublin and headed north and then around the island, finishing back in Dublin. I even visited the LiveIreland studios.

I have many, many celtic favorites. I just spent last weekend working at Wintergrass, a four day bluegrass music festival here. (not all the music is bluegrass). I heard a great group from Vancouver, BC that plays an eclectic mix. The flute player is from Scotland and they play a lot of good celtic as well. They are The Paperboys (http://paperboys.com). Check 'em out.

Slan go foill. I will try to email you instead of more comments here the next time.
