The person I spoke to at the IRS today was MUCH more cooperative than the jerk on Friday. She was talking along the same lines that you were and is even sending me a copy of what they received at the IRS so I can show my old boss. It will get fixed, just obnoxious to deal with.

Yes, I've had that "snowy" effect here too..! At one point I've suspected having my computer corrupted... however, I doubt, since you experiment the same in Connecticut..!
