I just cant see how killing, no matter what trappings are around it is something to enjoy and I hope Ireland soon joins the British and bans it. That said Im about to light up another smoke and enjoy killing myself slowly! lol

I would love to send you our families recipe/brine for duck jerky. I'll send it to you in a message. First, I have a few little ones to feed and put down for naps, then I'll pop back on and get that for you.
I'm jealous of your adventures, what a BLAST!!! It's hard to justify traveling for our hunting and fishing pleasure because it's all right here. Well, actually, 4 generations of family (mostly the menfolk and me) go away to the mountains for 1-2 weeks every other year or three for deer hunting. I get to stay at home these days with all the kids, but I miss the campfires the most. I DO NOT miss sleeping in sub-freezing weather with no running water. But great memories nonetheless.
