Hey Patti, I am waiting for spring to sprang.... we start getting flowers very early on Vancouver Island. The snowdrops have been finished for a while now and I was walking behind one of the buildings at work and found a small bed of volunteer daffodils. The ornamental cherry trees have finished their bloom and I saw the first hummingbird of the year a few weeks ago.

Here's another site that's fun - www.communitytheater.org - it's run by my friends and co-conspirators at KCTG, Mike & Chris Polo - Mike is Teri Polo's brother..!!
Hi, Patti..!! I've been around LI for a while now - I notice you're a fellow thespian..!! I'm a member of the Kent County Theatre Guild in Dover De. Their website is on my page. We open Larry Ketron's "The Trading Post" in a week - I enjoy the acting part, but my first love is technical theatre. Anyway, It's good to have another theatre person here to swap stories with - if you're so inclined..!! Take care..!!
Hi Patti...
Welcome in...! Lots of pages for you (and I..!!!) to discover in here... great people to meet...
Enjoy your trip in here... and best of the luck with your campaign...! Not much I can add, not being a usa resident... but how can I say... freshness is a nice breeze to feel...!
Cheers... and take care...!

p.s. I would be honoured to count you among my friends... but feel free to accept or not... as you wish... ;-)
Hi, Patti and welcome. I haven't been very active lately, but I'm amazed at how simple this seems to be. Good luck with the love-hate relationship. My younger daughter, Shannon, is very into theater and loves the technical end....she's also quite and actor, but that's not her love. Gershwin was a genius! Probably my favorite composer. Later, gal!
Hi Patti, welcome aboard the good ship LiveIreland!
As I am Canadian, I have little say in American politics, however, I think that Obama may be a chance to redefine America and it's relationship with the rest of the world. Anyhow great to hear from you. Fair winds and clear skies, element.
Patti,
Some of us never get our ‘fifteen minutes of fame’ . . . especially on a beach blanket in a Hollywood movie with Sandra Dee and James Darren. Next time Gidget pops up on TV I will certainly check out that beach scene. And yes, your name does appear in the Gidget cast credits (how cool is that!). What memories!

Patti,
‘The Stephen Sondheim musical Anyone Can Whistle, which played Hollywood’s Matrix Theatre, was the most honoured production, garnering 11 nominations’. Found this through Google. Great photo of you (I believe) and the cast. Any movie credits?

Apparently, O'Bama has Irish connections....Moneygal. He should get over here fast for Paddies Day! Better still phone liveIreland during St Patrick's Day and we'll put him live on air. :) athrú mór! (Change in irish)
Patti,
Welcome to the pages of LI. Noticed that you are a Barack supporter. Unfortunately, I can’t vote but really love the feeling of change and hope that he is trying to promote. I am following the campaigns religiously. We will have a late night tonight waiting for the results. This could be the turning point in his campaign. Fingers crossed!

Thanks for accepting. If good thoughts would suffice, he would have the nomination from me - as we speak.
