Go to live radio, then on the left you will see the two sections of traditional and folk music and below it contemporary. you would have broadband so next to where it says broadband, there are 3 play buttons. real player one, windows media one then mp3 one. I usually pick the mp3 one as I use VLC media player. If you click on mp3 it should automatically pull up your default player and start playing whatever is on the radio. That is for the trad/folk one. just try both real player and windows media player and see what one works, just not at the same time.
