Thank you Rheann! I appreciate the suggestion for the electrical cooker. We do have two ovens and they run off of natural gas. I prefer to save resources by using electricity. If my Mom's electrical cooker isn't big enough I'll buy the one you suggested. Hey, do you know if it will fit a 23 pound turkey? Thanks!
