Do you have anything recorded? If a collaboration is in the future I should know how you sound....here's a link to see a video my wife and I did.http://www.youtube.com/user/levelsevenrock
When I was younger I played the violin. But nothing recently. I've been told I can keep a tune though, however my fave audience is my steering wheel and my 6 year old!! ;P Do you know where abouts in Orlando you are going to go?
NEW TO THE SITE. HOW DO I FIND THE GROUP AND JOIN.
BEEN PLAYING THE BODHRAN FOR 62 YEARS. TAUGHT BY MY DAD "KERRY STYLE", THAT'S WITH BOTH ENDS OF THE TIPPER. HAVE PLAYED WITH 6 TRAD BANDS AND AS A GUEST BOTH PERCUSSION AND VOCAL WITH NUMEROUS REGIONAL PERFORMERS.
Actually I do play some stuff...I'm in school for voice and theatre right now, but I play guitar, flute, french horn, piano, and fiddle... ;) I like music...
I didn't mean myspace , Sorry I meant my page on here. In fact we had the motorcycle out inthe yard today and I forgot to take a picture. I will soon though, and I'll let you know. My husband just added heat tape to the pipe's. I really think they are ugly but he say's there are the new "hot" item for motorcycles... so oh well, its more his than mine so whatever he likes I guess is fine. You'll see what I mean when you see it. ttyl
OMG!!! That is NOT what I had in mind but hey thatll work! It actually sounds pretty interesting, like a science project! MY brothers made fun of me b/c they said it was an adam's apple and that I was turning into a man...hahaha. noooo!
Your page is impressive to be 18 years old. Your love of music and your talent with the band will get you far. You have alot going for you at your age esp. As far as the bike, we have a Harley Davidson,1974 hard tail, but ours is custom made, not like one you've seen before. I'll put it on mypage sometime if your interested in seeing it. Just drive safely, we've lost several friends to bike wrecks. Hope you stop by my page and say "hello". Everyone is friendly on here.
Hey, $80 is totally worth it if it is running best it ever has. I want a vespa. My sister and I have this obsession with bikes, any kind. We blame it on Steve Mcqueen (The Great Escape is one of our favorite movies) Because of him I have always had a liking for motorcycles and such.
I got a cyst removed... gross, I know. I asked the doctor if I could keep it in a jar and he said no.......hehehehe.
Hey! That´s really great! Today I was working.. then suddenly come to my mind some notes. I get accoustic guitar and played... so I get a microphone, recorded it... then come some voices..... and last. some thin whistles, lol...Lyrics are nah nah nah lahlahla, rs... just gone improvising voice... Yes I have all X-Files DVDs, just wating for the movie ^^
Nice to "meet" you
I think that I don´t have any presentable song recorded... just a Savatage cover called Desiree. I put 2 voices, the original is one male voice and piano: www.myspace.com/karlbrehme
Remodeling the house?! Wow, fun! Sounds like fun. :)
This seems to be a really busy time for everyone! We are just beginning to fix up our house for a tour. Lots of things to be done.
I've been doing really well. Just recovering from a minor surgery on Wednesday...
How's your bike doing?
I'm 18, ha ha. Freshman in college. Psych major w/ a Lit minor. As far as Irish music, I have to say I really enjoy the traditional style music, I don't really have SPECIFIC performers that are my favorites. However, I did recently see a performance of The Magic of Ireland, which was really good and Ceann came to my campus. But I'm afraid that I'm not too versed in the modern Irish band area.
No, unfortunately I don't play any instruments or write music. But I do know someone my age who does. He writes music and plays the piano and french horn and I don't even know what else. He also has an amazing voice. What are you looking for? ha ha
