Hi Niamh :) wow i just saw that dance on the beach, wow sound like fun. We have these kind of dance here in Québec but usually we cross our elbow together and dance along. It called a 7 carré
But we dont dance o nthe beach mostly near a fireplace or a fire during the winter night and on Christmass night to :)
