Hello joan all been well i hope and you have an interesting profile and yes life is a gift and a privilege and must be cultivated in the right manner for enjoyment. Yes the weather here so far has been typical for spring average to nice days and the occasional warm day but it is early days. :)
Hi JoanMarie. I have a friend here in Central Ohio who is one of the founders of our local Irish Living History Society. I'm sure that she would like to correspond with you and if you like I will forward her email address to you. The locals participate in the Dublin (Ohio) Irish Festival among others. The Dublin Festival draws crowds of well over 90,000. Check it out at www.dublinirishfestival.org.
Thanks for the note~it was great having my grandma be able to make such a journey at age 95! She rocks! I have never been to a more beautiful place in my life...and I have found many lovely places in the US, but absolutely nothing compares with Ireland. Everyday we were there (except one) was sunny. I am determined to get back there again this year (October, I hope) if I can get a friend or two to commit to going with me. If you can ever go, it is worth every cent!
Hi! I am so happy to hear from you. You will never believe it, but I just put over 15 nhours of work into my technology for teachers projects and still have more to do!
When this friggin (sorry) class ends, it will be none too soon, and I still have that term paper to hand in; have not been able ot focus on it since I went away--just too much to do just to pass this class. I must be a fool for trying to take 3 courses this Fall.
I was re-checking teh PhD programs in ireland and I am thinking my dream is not going to happen--the requirements and the costs involved--oouuchie!
You must tell me how to load music sometime--AFTER i put the blog up and my pictures--my daughter is going to have ot work with me to put in a program that i can link in and make the days fit vs sporadic sites all over like I have now.
Back to work!
