For me, the thing is to channel the energy generated by that adrenaline into BECOMING your character (hard to explain that), and remembering you are out there to have FUN..!! If ya can do that, the audience will respond and give you even more energy..!! Everyone gets nervous, but tell her not to worry about being nervous - it can help you get pumped up, if you accept it and USE it..!! Remember - the main thing is to have FUN..!!
