Thanks for taking an interest in Australian celtic music. When I am next talking to people who love Irish music in Tasmania I will ask them what they know about Melbourne bands. I play music in a band with my children occassionally. I have three sons aged 12, 13 and 17 and a daughter aged 8. We play only to raise money for charity and the love of it. There is one video of me singing a song I wrote accompanied by my eldest son and my niece who plays fiddle, called The Cracked Fiddle. Daideo and the Blue Mosquitoes is the band my eldest son plays in. Cheers, David

Lo cierto es que los primeros cds son geniales, pero los ultimos ya se ma hacen repetitivos... tendre que escuchar lo nuevo. En cuanto a Clannad, pues no se si siguen en activo. Hace muchisimos años que no escucho nada nuevo de ellos. Claro que el ultimo año he estado un poco desconectado. Lo que si quiero hablar en la discusiones de una nueva formacion gallega muy atractiva.

Yo me decidi a vernirme a vivir aqui por los mismos sentimientos que tu, pero sigo queriendo mucho a mi tierra patria. Si lo analizas con cierta perspectiva Galica e Irlanda son primas-hermanas y las diferencias son pocas (si no tenemos en cuenta el idioma).
Bueno otro dia continuamos hablando de estas tierras.
