Thanks Fran =) I have been making cornbread for years. Cornmeal, flour, egg, honey. buttermilk, baking powder, baking soda and salt baked in a pan. We have it with maple syrup, yougurt, fresh fruit and a bit of granola. mmmmmm good. Good any Saturday raining or not. You can also leave out the honey add canned corn and have it with chile, also most excellant. Hope you have fun on the good ship LI. There is a great crew here of fun people. Cheers, element
