I share your sentiments about industrial meat. My wife and I primarily eat elk, that I shoot in the fall. We do have a lot of "ranch raised grass fed natural beef", no hormones or anti-biotics. I am semi- retired and work seasonally for an environmental organization, doing field work on range and riparian issues. Wyoming, where I live is the least populated state in the US, and I live close to the eastern edge of Yellowstone National Park where I do guide work. I also like to travel and camp in the wilderness with my horses.
