hey ya gerry!! thanks for the comment!
blind melon good choice my friend one of the best!! its a hard old business where i am in the country theres not much ggoing on the local radio station wont take anyone on so its pretty hard at the moment!!!
take it easy man
The last 4 days were horrible.... There was anarchy and chaos everywhere. The anarchists burnt and destroyed almost everything here.. :( ... Thank God, I live away from all this but I feel very disappointed 'cause the anarchists destroyed (except of innocent's people property) many things in my university also, and I don't know when I will re-go there.. :(... Well, it seems that the riots will stop on next days (today there was riots but they wasn't as violent as they were at the previous days..)
Hope that you are healthy too (and haven't eaten any pork :D )..!
I'm sorry that I missed your show. I had a problem with my computer. I hope to enjoy it next week. Have a great weekend! I'll send some warm weather your way :)
Hey Gerry, I live 2 hrs. ypstate in the country. The pictures are from a boat trip down the Hudson River on the last Fourth of July. Good time. A wee bit rainy but no control over that.
I haven't been much online. I've just seen your comment. You are right, the falls are beautiful (I hope one you can see them for yourself) but there is something about sunsets on the beach that can't be beaten... at least for me. I hope you are well and having a great time. Buenos Aires, last week, was an oven, today it's colder TG!
the studies are going very well!! the project in which I have been working the last months is about to finish and I am very happy for this!! (i think this situation deserves a pint of our favorite Guinness.... )
Well, the biggest part of the photos are from my recent summer holidays, here in Greece. I had decided this year to "explore" better my country.... All in all, I suggest you to visit Greece, whenever you want. Greece isn't only sun, heat and beaches.. The winter scenery which contains a lot of snow is really brilliant ....
Well, I hope that someday I will also have the chance to visit my favorite Ireland....
Thank you for the welcome, Gerry. I've really enjoyed Irish and Celtic music from I was a child and, since I've got LiveIreland in my favourites
only listen to this radio. Thank you again.
Hi Gerry,
Thanks for you message. If you're a dj you must be in Dublin. I was born in SF but live in Guanajuato, Mexico. I've visited Ireland 4 or 5 times, the land of my ancestors, and loved it. I'm due another trip back to Ireland, one of these years!
I hope you can one day come to this side of the world. I think you won't regret it. Southamerica has a lot to offer and my country has been blessed with a beautiful variety of landscapes (why tourist still choose Buenos Aires beyond all of them really amazes me...)
One thing that is on your side is that 1 euro is = to 5 pesos, and it's almost the same in the rest of the countries, so you 5 times closer than I to Ireland!
Thanks for the comment about the picts. My favourites places in the world so far, Ireland and Cuzco. I added some of the north of my country (love the colour of those mountains, just breathtaking, and the Iguazu falls and just 2 of the south as I lost the rest :(
Hi Gerry, highly recomend leaving construction for radio.... did it myself back in the early 80's. Will pop in and say hello some night when I get some free time, just these students keeping me sooooooooo busy! lol

DJ? Is there some way of listening to music on this site? I thought it was just for people who are moving to Ireland.
Be over there in May if the world doesn't end before then (!).
