I decided over the weekend to get more proactive about that. I realized I hadn't made a new Celtic Music lens in quite a while, so there wasn't anything new to add to the lens other than minor tweaks here and there. So on Saturday I dusted off the idea of doing a lens for Celtic harpist Kim Robertson. She's from California and has recorded a fair number of CDs since around 1980. After a day of creating some new HTML and CSS codes to use in highlighting each CD, figuring out why the code wasn't behaving, and then creating a module for each of her recordings that are available on CD Baby and/or Amazon, Celtic Music: Kim Robertson was ready to be published.
So on Sunday, I found another subject for a Celtic Music lens: Molly's Revenge, a Celtic band based in California. This one was easier. First off, they have seven CDs, so it didn't take nearly as long to get the modules for them done. I found five good videos on YouTube, so I was able to create a section below the CDs for the vids and label it "Molly's Revenge Mini-Concert." It includes a couple from their performances at Celtic Connections in Glasgow in January 2009. Of course, I added a module on the Celtic Music lens as well. This morning, that lens was hanging in at number 8.
