The Irish blue limestone grave marker for the real Annie Moore will be dedicated tomorrow, October 11, 2008 in Calvary Cemetery, Queens, New York. The heroine of the song "Isle of Hope, Isle of Dreams" lived a simple, quiet life married to a baker, with whom she had ten children, five of whom survived to adulthood. Descendants of two of those children live on.
