Irish Internet Radio and TV from Dublin, Ireland.

Hey everyone,

I know I have posted that I'm starting a creative business, and that I was going to keep posting as things progressed. Well, things have been slow. But the book is in production!!!!! This month is copy editing. Next month, conceptual editing. Still don't have a date for the book being done, just part of the game i suppose.

But I do have a new web site. It will be my podcast/blog/photography/storytelling site. I'm going to be a busy boy.
Going to Be? I got laid off a couple of months ago, and I've never been busier. Writing, writing, writing, then fiddling, fiddling, fiddling, and now web building, web building, web building. I have also had to take a waiting job at a local eatery.

One day this will all pay off.

But if any one is interested, I would dearly love to get feed back from my friends here as well as any visitors who just want to let me know what they think. Just go to the new site listed on my main page. You can email me from there or post comments here.

Thank you all so much.

Charles

Hello there sister.
I'm happy to hear that you are recovering well. A bachelor's in Forensic Science, how cool is that. An educational degree, are you teaching at the moment? A doctorate in Forensic Psychology. What type of work does that allow you to do? The only thing I know about Forensic Science is that it is used to explain things that have happend (CSI type stuff right, though not so fictiony correct?)
I wish you well, that does sound like a very interesting field.

My web site is www.eadarian.com. I also have a link to it on my home page here at live ireland, if that will be of help to you.

My book is coming along great. It is in conceptual editing now. The publisher has sent me the first set of revisions to approve, and I have edited some of their edits, but they are the publisher, so I have to accept most of thier suggestions. I have sent those back and they have responded that they like some of my ideas. Whether that means that we have more editing to do or not, I don't know, but on Sep. 15 the book goes into design. This is were a book cover will be designed, the size of the book determined and the fonts used...ect. A long and drawn out process, but it is what it is and the time it takes is the time it takes. I'm still excited.

The publisher is Tate Publishing. And by the way, with out spell check and thesaurus I'd be in a world of hurt myself. So you are in good company. But thank you for the compliment. Yes, I also am musically inclined. I have learned how to play Irish Fiddle. Rather I'm still learning. but it is so much fun and some tunes I know very well. But I have a feeling that this will always be a work in progress. Though I do hope to soon be writing my own tunes based on the irish style.
We have a Trader Joe's market that recently opened up here in Nashville, I'll go and check out the Jo Jo's.

Have a great day, and good luck with the books. It sounds like you have a lot on your plate.
Good for you.

Talk with you soon.

Hello again! The leg burn is finally healing nicely and not on cruthches any longer but still some pain every now and then but that is to be expected. I work in the field of education and have a Bachelor's in Forensic Science and getting my Master's in Evaluation and Assessment of education. I thought since I am working in the field it would not hurt to have an educational degree. After this next year, I am thinbking of pursuing a doctorate in Forensic Psychology. The cost of this one will be as much as a new Lambrigini! I think you gave me your website once but I was not able to access it, can you send it again? How is your book coming along? Who will be the possible publisher? I like research but without a dictionary I doubt I would be the writer you andmany others are. I think it is a gift for sure. Are you also a musician? I have given up the Oreo's and actually, Trader Joe's market makes a really good one called Jo Jo's they beat the Oreo out! :-)
Back to the books, chat with you later.

Have a great day,

Kara

I'm sorry to hear about your accident with the motorcycle. Glad to hear that you are getting better so quickley, that could have been a much worse. Though the burns and stitches were probably bad enough. Thank you for your support on the book, it is taking so long, but things are progressing. Ah yes the dastardly research papers. I remember those well, I actually enjoyed writing those, though toward the end of my college career, they began to sound more chit-chatty than researchy. What are you studying? Or should I say researching? I hope you enjoy the masters program and that the time goes by quickly for you. I agree, every time a door closes, it is best to move to the next cause it will be a better place to be than the one you left behind. Even if you were not the one to close the door. Well I"m off, to study more for this new vocation, and to pursue the perfect Oreo. Have a great day.

NOooooo not the Oreo's oh darn it why not! (grin). I have not been around much after my friends motorcycle fell on my leg and caused 2nd degree burns and stitiches but I am off crutches now and getting better so I can catch up on all the latest news here. So glad the book is making progress. I can't wait to read it! I am headed back to school so I will be bizy myself writing lots of research papers for the next 10 months but will make it a point of dropping in to see how things are going for you. Everytime one door closes another one opens and it is usually better then the last one. Be well and watch out for those Oreo's they have dasterdly results after awhile...I know (smile)

Started my voyage into the realm of podcasting. My first is in the catagory of Poetry for the Non-Sissy. Today I'm working on adding one or two more categories, one on coffee, nectar of the gods, and one for stories.

Can't stay and chat more, I'm starting to feel like the rabbit in Wonderland, "I'm late, I'm late, I'm late."
Peace, Love, and Oreo's
