I have chosen Oro, Sé bheatha as my next arrangement for the Sean-nos project. I have two choruses finished and will work a third and and ending tomorrow. I am getting excited about this. It makes the third Irish Language piece in my project to arrange for SATB choir. Continue

I am excited to announce that the USI Chamber Choir and the Rowan Tree Irish Music Group will be touring Ireland May 11-21, 2008. Stay tuned for concert sites and sessions.

This tour is a result of my most recent five week sabbatical trip to Ireland. The chamber choir will be singing several new arrangements of Irish songs accompanied by Rowan Tree. Rowan Tree will also be bringing its unique performance style to several local pubs and venues along the way.
