I was out of the office and away from my computer Friday. Missed the show and am sorry. You were such a grand sport last week, taking all the slaggin from us.

Hey -- d'ya get hungry in the studio? i know you probably can't snack on air time, but I'd like to send something from the states that you might like, can't find at Dunne's.

We've some good chocoaltes made fresh in a shop near my home; I could get some wonderful cheddar sent from my daughter-in-law in Vermont (I'm eating some on crackers as I write this note) how about a box or two of Twinkies (they're probably there, right?) my daughter makes the most unbelievable giant chocolate chip cookies.

I'm serious about the offer.

Of course, you could share with Noel, Louise, Daithi, Greg and Pat, et all. (My God, LI is doing "Back Home Again in Inis Fraoigh" and I' gettin tears on my keyboard.)

Even, Pat and Greg could test-taste anything I send!
