We spent two days on both ends of our last tour through Ireland in Kilcullen. We stayed at the Shriff lodge b&b run my a sweet lady named Maura just on kilcrock rd. we met the most unusual gentleman who for a loss of a better term seemed homeless, his name is Mikey and he would hang out behind the laundry/cleaners.
He gave me a beautiful silver ring off his hand for one of our Cds and I still wear it. We think and speak of him often when we are performing and we wish him to be in good health.
Kilcullen has great memories for us.
