Mick Moloney his book is titled .Far From The Shamrock Shore. It's
the story of Irish American Immigration though song, and comes with
a CD with 16 songs. Thier is another author of books on Irish History I
enjoy her name is Morgan Llywelyn you won't be disappointted.

You must be a big Clancy and Makem fan? I had the chance to meet Tommy on two occasions.
His nephew Jimmy Sweeny is the reason I play music . I had the chance to sing a few tunes with Jimmy on
St .Paddy's Day last, including The Rambles of Spring a good old Tommy Makem tune it is !!
