From my own experience- menopause is the pits!! I think I have been in it for the last 11 years!! My head doesn't rotate anymore and the hot flashes have eased up some. But the mood swings will live on forever! I can go from zero to kill in seconds!! ( which can come in handy at times!) I keep waving my wand over myself- but so far----- -nothing!!

Yes I was in Arequipa, Peru as well as Puno and Cuzco and in Copacabana y La Paz in Bolivia. It was a short trip by the end of 2008. I really enjoyed it. I'm heading to Chile next week and I'll probably meet Evolaine :) That's the news with me
