Happy new year!
Thanks for the nice message, and no, I'm a secondary school teacher (overworked and underpaid, hence the long time before replying), so I don't really do much more than the occasional linguistics work.
As for learning Irish, I would think that a DVD would be good to start with, but as in Irish the spelling is very different from the pronunciation, some written source would probably be essential as well, to learn the grammar and spelling rules.
Good luck with that project!
Hello,Robert.
I am glad to hear you like the pandas. Thanks a lot.
Robert,I hope you can find my town.ho ho...It is a small town in sichuan province.it's nearby Tibet.I think you will find it in professional atlas of traffic about China.
Yes,where I live now is where the giant Pandas live.In my town, there is a place we call it"BiFeng Xia"with many pandas. Many of my classmetes often go there to see the pandas. They are so lovely.
The places I list are my dream places where I hope to go,but I did not go there before.I am so sorry.
Canada is a beautiful country,I love the maple leaf there.
Have good day,Robert.
Sarah
Hi Robert,
This was the first year that I went. It is worth the trip. I have a sister who moved to Madison Wisconsin a couple of years ago, so I made it a family trip. The music was great. Next year I will bring my fiddle along. There are plenty of workshops to be found.
I just joined about a week ago, but my husband (WyrdWanderer) has been active for quite awhile. I hope that you'll enjoy the camraderie of the community here as much as we have.
