we are lucky to be one of the 13,ex pat.s i know there must be more . been to belfast i liked it ,i am from dublin ,ilive in cleveland heights since the 70,s ohio .i know the westend of london real well i lived near UCL and workend in a lot of bars in the west end ,paris must be nice this time of the year as a matter of fact all france must be nice this time of the year .we are near the end of the primaries in the election here in the U S AND SO ON TO nov. to elect a pres. and i hope its obama for pres. i have a family history on the net . its called tony paxton family from dublin ireland , read and please leave a comment thanks

Then walk up towards Shaftesbury Square (ask direction!) and then look for THE EMPIRE on Botanic Avenue.....EVERY THURSDAY NIGHT Rab and his Blues Rock Band play there and the craic is great! If you see an old white haired man doing cartwheels on the dance floor it's my Dad! Just go up to him and say Michael says hello! During the day you can go downtown and go down Royal Avenue...ask for the tourist ofice there and you will get all the info....a bus tour of the Trouble spots in Belfast is well worth doing of course and these leave from in front ot the post office just near Royal Avenue....in any case go to Royal Avenue Tourist Centre they have all the info!
