Ireland in July

Planning(firm dates 7/01 - 7/12) our first trip to Ireland. Any must see events/festivals/music going on during that time? We will be looking for relatives, Cty Laois - surname Bowe and Cty Cork - surname McDonnell. We are mostly looking to take in the sights.

She previously worked at the Corner House Pub in Rathdowney and they are both great people. The pub is owned by John O'Malley, also a great fellow.
