- I am 64 years of age and have lived in Australia for 34 years. Originally from Liverpool England. Had my own Irish band, Blackthorne, here in Oz for many years. Played as support for The Fureys and Foster and Allen. Now play in trio as McGuinness & Co. and solo as Wes McGuinnes. (Think about that one!)
