He loved Germany, it was only the fact he had to sit with a much older crowd that night at the party. It was in a barn in small villiage in Fulda and he surrounded by people over 40 and the only other kids there were all under 10 yrs. old. If anything the wee bugger was spoiled, he got a trip from Jersey to Ireland, Amsterdam then a road trip down the Rhein to Frankfurt then onto Fulda. Hey Jim. I'm not going to be making it to Sturgis this summer. I may be going to Vegas or Laughlin in the fall. The FDNY photos are from my brother's house. He was in Times Square but has since transferred to the Bronx. My father retired out of Engine 10 on Liberty Street, across from the Trade Centers.
