Alas James I don't live there, just have the pleasure of visiting it every now and then. Still has its charm, friendly people, slow pace and fast food James Its moving on with the times as well. Growing population and spreading out like most towns in Ireland. Nice to hear from you.

well James, well done with your TESOL, We need projects to stay in constant contact with the true meaning of where we are on this earth, you have done well, I personally find study difficult, but I am studying most of the time, & plane to stay studying for as long as the brain is happy, after children have grown, we seem to have a lot of spare space in the brain not in use now, to take-on a new subject, or make a long time interest more a priority, Playing music is about the only interest I have, apart from walking maybe, take care & catch you later

Hi James, sorry I never got back to you, had a little accident, How is your thinking on a later move to Ireland, from your photo you look about my age, is it a mid life thing with people moving there, or other mental need's, do we need to be back somewhere, maybe connected to our ancestry, I always had a close connection to Ireland, but raising children keeps one 's roots in one place, I am very interested in your view to how you see that move, I may not reply straight away, as I am on the move a little,

I read your article - you got it right. So, you do understand that I love Ireland just because it is. I am glad to know I am not the only one! In a matter of 2 or 3 days of being there I knew I had lost my heart forever. Thanks for taking the time to put your thoughts down on paper. <3 *laura*

I am glad to hear that Ireland will be / should be beautiful in October. It was amazing in May. I am so looking forward to being there again.

When my grandma brought up the idea of wanting to to Ireland last spring, who was I to refuse a trip? I can't say that I had always dreamed of going there, but it sounded okay to me. My mom and aunt and grandmother had been the ones doing all the research into our relatives who left Ireland during the famine and family history of the Fitzgeralds.

But when we got there and I saw the country and met the people, I totally lost my heart! It's something I can't put into words. Not the feeling some people have of "home", I just love it because it is. Does that even make sense...probably not. Oh well....

I haven't seen Van Morrison ever, but I tried to pull up some videos on youtube. Not much out there on him. I just know he is called the Belfast Cowboy. That seems funny to me. My older brothers played a lot of music and so I think I tend to like what they listened to and he is one of them. Also The Guess Who, Chicago, some others.

I really like Florida. I have been there several times. Of course, I am a big fan of sunshine and warmth! *laura*
