- I was born in beautiful north County Sligo near the village of Cliffoney and am the 2nd eldest of 16 children. I am a Chef by profession, having worked in Ireland,England,Switzerland & France before emigrating here to Canada in 1975.
Of all my travels & work,Ireland is the most beautiful place on earth, and is still so dear to my heart. Mo grá thú Éire!
