City: Nijverdal

About Me:: I'm born in the Low lands of Holland but from the early days of boyhood my heart was in Ireland. First inspired by the music, later on by reading books (Irish history and Celtic art) the "Irish virus" captured all and every part of me.
By coincidence I did start woodcarving Celtic knots and ornaments. About a year ago I bought myself a tin whistle to get more actively and intense involved in deeper experiencing the wonderful music I love so well!
I've met a lot of friends (even some in Ireland) who all love Ireland just as I do. For some several years I listen frequently to liveireland.... so now I thougt the time is right not only to listen but also to be here at liveireland.
My greatest desire: to set foot on Irish soil and see Ireland (in hopes to find what my heart is seeking and longing for)
