Hi I am so happy to be back. We have had a lovely stay thus fr. Had our first soft rain today and of course, it coincided with the Ring of Kerry and Dingle Bay sites. However, I haved enjoyed myself just the same and have fabulous pictures to share when I get back! You must be loving this grand weather and being home for the season.

What fun! I love plants and working outside! Nettles not so much tho hehe.
I will be there for a total of about 18 days (5th through the 23rd). We will be hitting up several cities and staying in hostles along the way. I wish I could stay for longer, but I was lucky to get this much time off from work!

Oh I am so envious. I cannot wait until I can make the move over, but it is so hard trying to figiure out how ot make it owrk! We start in London and go kind of up the right side of the map right through Scotland and across Highlands, down the other side and into Wales, cross to Ireland and do a full North and South series of tourinng and then back to wales and London and home. If it were me alone, I would do all of vacationing in Ireland, but I am sure I will love the history and sigtes all over the place.

Hi Elizabeth!
How's your summer going? You guys are over in IE now yes? I'll be there in 5 weeks plus one day! (not that I'm counting lol). I'm at the point where I'm starting to worry about lost baggage and such. You know...the "what if's".
How's the weather and all that good stuff? We have been having in the 60's here in Anchorage, AK. I love it! But sadly have been stuck inside at work...more then I would like.
Hope you guys are doing well :-)

Elizabeth--
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with me. I am in awe of what oyu are doing and I applaud oyu as one who has made it through the darkness and into the light, but not without losing part of myself and all of too many others. I would love ot read your work-the research sounds amazing! I agree with you about the miscarriage of justice--kind of like one cage ot another and not at all fare. I wrote something many years ago when I was in the throes of escape. I will see if I can dig it up and share it, as I am sure you would understand it, especially after having heard the stories that you have.

Out of all the places I have traveled since I started life anew, Ireland is by far the one that most resonates in my soul. How lovely for oyu to have a home in County Tipperary--lovely area as I recall. Take good care and thanks again for taking the time to share with me.

Love oyur page. Wondering how you arrived at your teaching station. I mean, how did oyu find your way to this specific genre? As a survivor and as one who is working on obtaining my teaching degree, I am enthralled. Powerful choice.

That's awesome. It certainly sounds like Ireland has always been a big part of your lives. I would love to work there and live for a year or two, but I'm not sure that it wouldn't cost me more to try to do that then to stay here :-(
