- Smitty's Kitchen is an ongoing recording project which started out as a weekly kitchen session at the farmhouse of Cynthia and Steve (Smitty) Smith. - Irish, Scottish and really, any type of celtic music, as well as our own American bluegrass and folk. Classical music study has played a large part in our sound.
