I completely understand the slipping and sliding. I started back training for a 5K I want to run in a couple of months---we have had a little bit of ice but the worst part is the wind! I got home the other day and literally had to wait for my hands and fingers to thaw before attempting to take a shower.
Things have been kind of quiet workwise---I need to start booking more sessions!! All in all though it was a pleasant week. I am actually down visiting family and friends in Florida this weekend, but can still pop on LI to say hi.

Though I'm not that much of a regular these days, I do pop in occasionally, just to enjoy a nice chat with my LI friends. There's always somebody around you can relate to.
