about me
I was told it was my great grandfather who first arrived in american from ireland but after alot of research threw gov. papers, it was his mother and father. John O'Day and his wife... I think, but not sure, Celia . It would of been in the early to mid 1800's.

Finally a moment to breath before we are off and at it again for the summer. How are things going for you? Been giving tours to friends and family of Nevada, and Sierra Nevada Mountains...camping, hiking....... Today we came back from San Francisco...got to see the granddaughter...grandchildren are so cute...and they know it. We are now getting ready for a trip to Yellowstone and we are thinking of going from there to Canada and make our way to Vancourer, down the coast and back home...camping as we go. Should be an adventure...will see. Drop a line and let me know how all is going.

I have not been on line lately, the weather here has been really good, so I go the the gym in the a.m. and then go to my local park with my dog during the day, it is good to get out, I have a nice tan, first time since 2005, hope all is well.
Fondly, Janice
Its still cold here (by my standards for sure) and to top it off the rain has returned...yuck! The horses come back in from jogging and training covered in mud. Fortunately for me I don't have to do any track work right now so I get to stay semi-clean LOL!! How's everything going with you?
So how is your week going? Busy with the school year ending...progress reports and changes in the district (budget cuts) so many rumors. Me I wait for the dust to settle then go from there. Love my students...but I'm ready for the break and so are they...if only the weather would stay nice and stop teasing us. Going this weekend to San Francisco to see Celtic Women...I'm excited! Can't wait. We are taking my hubby's mom and sister to the show and then return with mom to stay with us for a week. Show be fun. Also hope to get a quick visit with the granddaughter...such a cutie. Well take care and let me know how all is going.
