- Yes, I am Irish. I am a REALTOR in Southwest Florida and have lived here since 1980. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, I worked in health care for 10 years practicing emergency and intensive care. I maimtain both licenses, but am currently enjoying assisting people at a different stage of life. I am involved in local community/government improvement committees as well as a volunteer member of the Medical Reserve Corps.
I have been married since 1989 and have 2 children. My home in the city is haven to my family, 2 dogs (Shepherd and Lab) and 2 birds (Cockatoo and Cockatiel). Our country cottage estate is home to 3 beautiful horses and any wildlife that decides to visit. My family is a musical one. My parents owned a chain of music stores while I was growing up and we all can play just about anything. None of us chose it for a profession, but rather keep it as a treasured retreat.
My brother visits Ireland regularly. I have yet to make the trip, but hope to soon. A piece of my heart is there and I will not be completely happy until I go. My grandmother was a Quinn.

Thank you for the comment about my sense of humor. That made my day.
The book is coming slow but ok. It starts production in June. As for what I have decided to do, and I have to add this to my blog soon, is to wait tables for a while to simply pay the bills and focus on the storytelling business. One that the book is a part of and maybe the biggest part of, but we'll have to see. Can't give too much away just yet, but I hope to soon have a web site with online store and maybe even... well I'll keep ya posted.
