Brendan was born in Limerick City, Ireland. He reached his teenage years during the high point of the Irish showband era. Thanks for the ‘friend invite’ . . . gladly accepted. And, naturally you piqued my curiosity re. your previous comment on your ‘material to be used on new recording projects, with some pre-conditions’. Pray what I ask?
I took the opportunity to listen and also read the words of your song ‘Cry for Unity’ on your web site. As a fellow Irishman I was both heartened and inspired to hear your ‘Cry for Unity’ expressed so poignantly and indeed poetically. What a beautiful, well-written song! Also, love your rendition of ‘Voices in the Wind’ . . . still working on the other ones! Heavens, if this continues I may have to buy the CD.
