Ireland is great, it's a completly different world, the way people are, the way people live and love their country is something amazing!!
There are many great cities, and you should see each one, becuase each one has it's own magic.
I think that a good start is dublin or cork, either one have great possibilities.
Don't worry about the flat or the job, ireland is full of foreign people, specially when you go to dublin the only language you hear on the streets is spanish or any other language but english hahahaha and i even founf my self that in lots of shops are full of foreign workers, a lot of them spanish, so don't worry about getting a job!
