In the first half of III century p.n.e. In the upper Vistula River in the vicinity of Krakow, as well as on the middle San River,
In South of Poland there are some places who are related with Celtic Culture:
ancient settlement Horodyszcze near Międzybrodzie city,other places are Pakoszówka city ,Sanok city,Trepcz, Opole and Kraków city
I am surprised by this informations about Celts in Poland!!!

No, I think the Celts originated in central Europe and migrated towards the west. They arived in Galicia between the 7th and 5th Centuary BC.
