Comment by Duncan McFarlane on November 22, 2012 at 7:41: A fine example of Irish cliff scenery from the rugged Atlantic west coast...breath-taking! It always strikes me, just how clean and clear the water appears, this is a rare quality which is to be found now in few areas in Europe.

And remember -- Soylent Green is [i]not[/i] an Irish product! (Nor is Vegemite, but I'm sure I'd like that better... D'ya think that'd be good on some Taytos, with a Guinness? Wait -- there are cow, pig, chicken and prawn-flavored Taytos, but not sheep! Someone should put a bug in their corporate ear... :P)

(When I was a kid, we consumed the eggs of my pet hens -- never the biddies themselves. Plus, for the happiness of all, there were roosters, as well, and occasionally, when a hen got broody, I'd let her set and add to the flock, so that the cycle was complete.) I've never inquired, but maybe fine wool-producers become mutton only after they start going bald... ;D

(I've wondered if my forebears tended or sheared -- or ate (!) the ancestors of the sheep that contributed their wool to it... LOL M-m-m... cottage pie... and Guinness!)
