Could Phyllis be a female? Looks like it by its size...
Peregrine have such a powerfull flight... impressive birds...!

What's the story behind her? She's beautiful, has WWM seen this picture? I found an injured Cooper's hawk back in January (pictures of her on my page). Got her stable enough to go to a wildlife center and heard they released her and another Cooper's hawk when "mine" was healthy enough. I use to work with hawks and bald eagles years ago, fantastic creatures!!!
